pak77 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the pak77 platform, including the website at pak77.onl, the pak77 mobile application and all services, games and features offered through them (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). The Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and pak77.

pak77 operates as an online gaming and entertainment platform offering a range of products including Live Casino, Fish Games, Bingo, Game Lobby and promotional services. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Payment options include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and cards.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use a pak77 account, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pak77 is strictly an adults-only platform. Players who are found to be under 18 will have their accounts closed immediately and any winnings will be forfeited.
• You must be using the Platform on a voluntary and personal basis.

Failure to complete verification when requested may result in temporary or permanent account restrictions.

03 Account Responsibilities

Once your pak77 account is created, you are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under it. This includes all bets placed, bonuses claimed and transactions processed.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — private and secure. Do not share your account details with anyone else.
• If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else without your permission, contact pak77 support immediately so that the account can be secured.
• You must ensure that all personal information associated with your account remains accurate and up to date. If your mobile number or other details change, update them through your account settings promptly.
• Each player is permitted one account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different details — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• pak77 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your account to another person under any circumstances.

pak77 reserves the right to carry out routine account checks, including verification of identity and payment method ownership, at any time. These checks are carried out to protect both the player and the integrity of the Platform.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on pak77 are processed in PKR. The Platform currently supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit or credit cards. Mobile wallet deposits are also available where supported.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your pak77 wallet at the time of transaction. These limits may change from time to time and the most current figures will always be shown in the wallet section.
• Deposits are typically credited to your pak77 balance instantly for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfers and Raast payments generally settle within a few minutes, though occasional delays caused by third-party payment processors may occur.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. This is a standard fraud-prevention measure.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods that belong to you. Depositing funds from accounts or cards owned by third parties is not permitted.
• pak77 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Check with your bank, JazzCash or Easypaisa directly for any applicable fees from their side.
• pak77 reserves the right to carry out enhanced checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected. This may delay processing times in some cases.

Funds held in your pak77 wallet are for use on the Platform only. pak77 is not a financial institution and your wallet balance does not accrue interest.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

pak77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published on the relevant promotion page. The general principles below apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts following the conditions specified in each promotion. Not all players may qualify for every promotion — eligibility criteria are set out on the individual promotion page.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are detailed on the Promotions page.
• Each player is eligible for a welcome bonus once only, at the time of their first qualifying deposit. Attempting to claim welcome offers multiple times through duplicate accounts is considered abuse and will result in account closure.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to real-money withdrawals until all applicable wagering requirements have been completed in full.
• pak77 reserves the right to withdraw, adjust or expire any bonus at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn before it is used, any associated wagering requirements will also be removed and no bonus-related funds will be due.
• If there is evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, irregular betting patterns or exploiting promotional mechanics — pak77 reserves the right to void the bonus, recover bonus funds and close the account.

06 Gameplay Rules

Each game available on pak77 — including Live Casino tables, Fish Games, Bingo and Game Lobby titles — operates according to its own set of rules which are accessible within the game itself. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing bets.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed. Once you confirm a bet, that transaction is final.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round — such as a disconnection on a Live Casino table — pak77 will resolve the situation according to the game provider's established procedures. Bets already placed at the time of a technical fault are resolved based on the game state at the point the fault occurred, where that information is available.
• pak77 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical error, data corruption or manipulation of game results by any party.
• Results displayed on pak77 Live Casino tables are determined by real physical outcomes — cards, dice and wheel results handled by live dealers on camera. Results on other game types are determined by the game software. pak77 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface before you place a bet. These limits exist for both standard and VIP table options.

07 Player Conduct

pak77 is committed to maintaining a fair and respectful environment for all players. By using the Platform, you agree to conduct yourself appropriately at all times.

• You must not use automated software, bots, scripts or any other tools to place bets, access the Platform or interact with games in a manner not intended for human players.
• You must not abuse the live chat feature on Live Casino tables. Offensive language, harassment of dealers or other players, or any communication that is discriminatory, threatening or disruptive will result in chat access being removed and may lead to account suspension.
• Collusion between players — including coordinating with other players to gain an advantage in live games — is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to reverse transactions, issue fraudulent chargebacks or dispute valid transactions made on the Platform is considered a breach of these Terms and will be handled accordingly.

pak77 monitors Platform activity continuously. Suspected violations of these conduct rules will be investigated and appropriate action taken, up to and including permanent account closure and recovery of funds.

08 Responsible Gaming

Gaming on pak77 is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment for adults. It is important to us that players engage with the Platform in a way that stays within their personal financial and time limits.

• Always set a budget before you start playing and treat that figure as a fixed limit, not a guideline. Only play with money you can genuinely afford to spend on entertainment.
• Do not attempt to recover losses by placing larger or faster bets. Chasing losses is a common pattern that leads to poor decisions — recognise it and step away if it happens.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the pak77 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text content and software — is the property of pak77 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from or publicly display any content from the pak77 Platform without prior written permission from pak77.
• The pak77 name, logo and brand marks may not be used in any context outside the Platform without explicit written consent.
• Game content provided by third-party game studios remains the intellectual property of those studios. pak77 operates those games under licence agreements and does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

Any unauthorised use of pak77's intellectual property may result in account closure and may be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

10 Limitation of Liability

pak77 provides the Platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. While we make every effort to maintain a reliable and stable platform, there are circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

• pak77 shall not be liable for any losses arising from temporary Platform unavailability, scheduled maintenance downtime, internet connectivity issues on the player's side, or disruptions caused by third-party service providers including payment processors and game studios.
• pak77 is not responsible for any loss of data, profits or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
• pak77's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident in question.
• Nothing in these Terms limits pak77's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

If the Platform is unavailable for a period during which you intended to play, pak77's responsibility is limited to investigating the issue and restoring service as promptly as possible. Compensation for unavailability is not guaranteed and is assessed on a case-by-case basis at pak77's discretion.

11 Suspension & Account Closure

pak77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time where there are reasonable grounds to do so. Reasons that may lead to account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including chargeback abuse or use of stolen payment methods.
• Operating multiple accounts in breach of the single-account rule.
• Use of automated tools or bots on the Platform.
• Abusive conduct directed at staff, live dealers or other players.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds or winnings generated through conduct that breached these Terms may be voided. Genuine deposited funds not subject to active bonuses will be returned to the player's verified payment method wherever possible.

Players may also choose to voluntarily close their own pak77 account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance in the account at the time of voluntary closure will be processed as a standard withdrawal to the player's verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times.

12 Changes to These Terms

pak77 may update or revise these Terms from time to time. This may happen in response to changes in how the Platform operates, new game or payment features being introduced, or other operational reasons.

• When material changes are made to these Terms, pak77 will make reasonable efforts to notify active players through the Platform — for example through an in-app notification or a notice displayed at login.
• The "Last reviewed" date shown at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were most recently updated. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
• Continued use of the pak77 Platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the Platform and contact support to discuss your account.

• Support is available through the pak77 app and website. Our team aims to respond to all queries promptly, typically within a few hours during normal operating hours.
• For any formal dispute, please submit full details in writing through the support channel — including your account username, the date of the incident and a clear description of the issue. This allows the team to investigate thoroughly.
• pak77 will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly and in a timely manner. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a dispute resolution, further options available to you will be communicated by the support team at that time.
• These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction agreed upon by both parties at the time of escalation.
